- Article 65: No Price Tag: This refers to not installing price tags on goods, not using a service fee rate board at the place of business, or listing prices in a way that is not visible to customers.
- Article 66: Failure to Issue Invoices: This refers to not providing an invoice for the sale of goods or services according to the conditions stated in Article 15 of the Trade Law.
- Article 18: Defective Goods: If the goods or services offered by suppliers are defective or cause damage to consumers due to defects.
