Necessary Requirements for Entering the Evaluation Process.:

• Possession of a valid operating license and permit from legal authorities.
• Clause 1: Must have a manufacturing license, a health and safety mark for eligible units, a permit to use Iran’s National Standard Mark, and an energy consumption compliance certificate for eligible units.
• Clause 2: Products without a national standard must be certified by the producer or service provider as meeting an international standard from an authorized body.
• Clause 3: Units whose products are not subject to safety and health marks must meet the standards approved by the Ministry of Health.
• No convictions or judgments in the Administrative Justice Court or other competent bodies, and no ongoing violations filed by the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization or other industry, mining, and trade organizations at competent authorities, for at least the year under review and the prior year.

Meeting two out of the following conditions regarding distribution, employment, and financial status.:

Condition 1: Distribution scope and usage of goods and services must span at least 15 provinces..

Condition 2: At least 100 full-time employees, as per labor laws, working in the business..

Condition 3: The financial activity level must meet the criteria set annually by the Policy Council..

Clause 1: For knowledge-based companies, national or regional decisions rest with the Policy Council..

Clause 2: Regional companies with at least five regional consumer rights compliance certificates may apply once for the National Certificate in Consumer Rights Compliance. They are exempt from the above conditions in this section. Non-eligible businesses can apply for a regional certificate through the respective provincial industry, mining, and trade organizations..

• Customer complaint management, customer satisfaction, and response to customer feedback.
• Compliance with regulations on the provision and pricing of goods and services, approved by the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization and other competent bodies. No sale of contraband goods or services associated with contraband goods.
• Evaluation criteria for businesses with diverse product or service portfolios focus on the main product/service contributing to 70% of production or revenue.

Clause: Units producing intermediary or raw materials for other units are eligible if they have an independent brand..

• Achieving at least 80% customer satisfaction in surveys or evaluations conducted by the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization.

Requirements for Receiving National Awards.:

• Holding a certificate for at least two consecutive years or three non-consecutive years (excluding the current year)..
• Clause: Businesses receiving national-level awards or certificates within the last two years, recognized by the Consumer Protection Organization—such as Top Exporter, Model Industrial Unit, Mining Unit, or a sample unit from the National Standard Organization—may qualify for the award evaluation.
• Scoring a minimum of 90 in total points awarded for the national certificate.
• Achieving at least 90% customer satisfaction.
• Product or service distribution scope and representation in over 25 provinces of the country, where applicable.
